We provide creative solutions to challenging problems, both big and small. Our clients represent public sector and private organizations and include governmental agencies throughout the United States and Europe. Using quality improvement methods, the focus is largely—but not exclusively--on person-centered care/planning training and implementation along with related practice and policy changes. In addition to the consultation and training, we have published numerous articles, white papers and a book on person-centered planning.
We offer a range of didactic and experiential training programs as well as consultation and technical assistance—in person, by web/phone, and through televideo conferencing. Along with presentations at conferences, we provide a range of introductory training sessions, skill building seminars and train-the-trainer series as well as multi-organization/site learning collaboratives. True to a commitment to individualized and tailored approaches, our work is usually based on an assessment of an organization's capacity to implement person-centered planning, followed by targeted change strategies for micro- and macro-systems improvement that promote recovery and wellness success.
